Excellent product and service but delivery onlyaverage. Reviewed by Martingoddard on 11 Sep 2017
The wood arrived as described and perfectly packed - indeed it took about 30 mins to remove it! However, I'm slightly puzzled why it took 10 working days to process and deliver 3 small pieces of wood. When goods can be delivered next or even the same day, perhaps this is an aspect of your service that needs improving?
nice wood - well planed Reviewed by Robertswann1990 on 27 Jun 2017
very nice wood - not quite up to scratch for musical instrument making but I really cant complain given the price.
PAR American Cherry timber Reviewed by Eileen on 02 Nov 2016
The service and delivery were very good. The product was extremely well packaged. It was just unfortunate that something had been dropped on it during transit damaging a small area of one of the pieces of wood. Same day of the delivery sent Woodshop Direct details of damage and photographs, they promptly replied to say they were sending a replacement. The wood itself good quality.
